Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and Ajay Kumar Rayini ("we"), who operates Luvoca. By using the app you accept them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. You confirm your date of birth when you sign up.
2. The service
Luvoca lets you chat with AI-generated companion characters. Their replies are produced by artificial intelligence; they are not real people, may be wrong, and are not professional (medical, legal, financial or psychological) advice.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to harass anyone, to try to obtain sexual or explicit content, or to break, overload or reverse-engineer it. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Subscription and payment
₹1 for a 1 day trial, then ₹399 every 3 months. Payments are processed by our payment partners (Juspay and the banks/UPI apps it connects to); we do not store your card or UPI PIN. By starting, you authorise recurring charges of ₹399 every 3 months on your UPI AutoPay mandate until you cancel. Prices may change with at least 7 days' notice; changes apply from the next renewal.

You own what you write. You let us process it to run the service (for example to generate replies and remember context). See the Privacy policy.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may end the service with notice; any prepaid period not yet used will be refunded pro rata in that case.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the city of our registered address have jurisdiction. Contact us first; most issues are solved quickly.
