Refunds & cancellation

Cancelling

Cancel anytime: in the app (Settings → Cancel AutoPay), or by revoking the AutoPay mandate in your UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm and others). After cancelling you are not charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Before a renewal

Your bank/UPI app notifies you at least 24 hours before each ₹399 renewal, so you can cancel in time.

Refunds

• The ₹1 trial charge is non-refundable.
• If you were charged for a renewal and write to us within 7 days without having used the app after the charge, we refund it in full.
• Duplicate or wrong charges are always refunded in full.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Write to support@luvoca.in with your registered email and the transaction date.
